ABSTRACT:
We know web conferencing and its benefits compound as well as deliver some unique value when rolled out across the organization. Deployments in silos are inherently challenging because they limit conferencing availability to small groups, who cannot share the resource. Conversely, web conferencing, and its associated soft benefits, takes off when everyone has access to it.
This paper makes that case that, just like email and telephony, web conferencing should be deployed as part of a regular enterprise-wide toolset.
